Whole Wheat Bread

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

5 c. warm water
¼ c. oil
¼ c. dough conditioner or 3 T. dough enhancer
¼ c. honey
1 T. salt
6 c. whole wheat flour (approx.)
2 T. instant yeast
6 c. whole wheat flour (approx.)

Mix 8-10 mins. On speed 1. Put into pans, let rise.
Bake @ 350 for 25-30 mins.
