BURTON CORNBREAD
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar.
Add eggs (4).
Mix dry ingredients and add alternating w/ water. Pour into well buttered 9 by 13 pan (& 6 muffins) Bake @ 400 for 30 mins. Pour honey butter over top while warm as a glaze
Dry ingredients:
3 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
2 ¼ c. cornmeal
1 t. salt
2/3 c. powdered milk
2 2/3 c. water
