Beef Stew


Crock Pot BEEF STEW

3 c. carrots (chunks)
2 lg. potatoes (chunks)
3 lg. stalks celery (chunks)
1 lg. onions (chopped)
1 can favorite bean, I like pinto
2 T. parsley
1 lb. stewing beef (bite size pieces, uncooked)
1 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon pepper flakes
1 teaspoons pepper
1 can beef stew
1 can tomato soup + half can water

Sauté with a nice brown crust. Add to crock pot. Simmer potatoes in water for 3 minutes (this will prevent them from going brown.) Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3.
