Roasted Veggies

ROASTED VEGETABLES

1 large zucchini
1 small onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean, and chop all veggies. Coat evenly with olive oil. Season and bake at 375˚ in oven until fork tender.

YOU CAN ADD ANY OF YOUR FAVORITE VEGGIES
