10 Minute Stir Fry











10 Minute Stir Fry

serves 4-6

1 lb chicken, cubed in bite sizes
1 medium onion, large diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 zuchinne, diced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Asian Dressing, or Garglic Ginger Dressing (optional)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Saute Chicken pieces in non-stick pan until brown, pull out of pan and let rest. In same pan add oil and saute onions. When the onions are translucent add the remaining vegetables. Saute for 4-6 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness. Add chicken back in and coat with Asian style dressing. Serve ontop of rice or with lettuce wraps and top with chopped peanuts.
