Zucchini Bread

ZUCCHINI BREAD

Beat until light and fluffy:
3 eggs
1 c. oil
Add:
2 c. sugar
2 c. sealed and grated zucchini
3 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
3 t. cinnamon
½ t. cloves
½ t. nutmeg
Add to other mixture and add:
1 c. chopped nuts.
Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf tins. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour
*3 small loaves*
