Raspberry Salad

Raspberry Chicken Salad

4 chicken breasts, cooked, chilled and cubed
1 large apple, chopped
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1 bag spring salad mix
1 bag romaine lettuce
½ cup Raspberry Vinaigrette

Clean veggies and fruits and chop. Mix salad together, dress and serve!


Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 cup Italian dressing
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup sugar

Blend in a blender and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
