Fall Bread
3 c. white sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1. cup chocolate chips
(walnuts optional)
Beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs. Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Fold in choc. chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Makes 3 9X5 loaves. Enjoy!
